Stay Besharam Return & Refund Policy

We keep it 100% real: every single Stay Besharam piece is custom-printed to order just for you. Because of this strictly made-to-order process, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size choices. Please double-check the size chart available on every product page before locking in your order.

Damages and Defective Gear If we (or our printing partners) messed up, we’ve got your back. If your order arrives misprinted, defective, or damaged in transit, you are eligible for a free replacement or refund.

To start a damage claim, you must contact us at orders@staybesharam.com within 3 days of delivery.

Your email must include:

  • An unboxing video clearly showing the item being opened and the damage.

  • Clear, well-lit photos of the defect.

  • Photos of the original packaging with the shipping label visible.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video or after the 3-day window cannot be processed.

Refunds & Replacements Once we receive your email and verify the defect with our production team, we will immediately process a free replacement. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. We will notify you once the resolution is approved. Please remember it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Failed Deliveries & RTO (Return to Origin) If your package is returned to our facility because of an incorrect/incomplete address provided at checkout, or if you are unavailable to accept the delivery after multiple attempts, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs to get the gear back to you.
