We keep it 100% real: every single Stay Besharam piece is custom-printed to order just for you. Because of this strictly made-to-order process, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size choices. Please double-check the size chart available on every product page before locking in your order.
Damages and Defective Gear If we (or our printing partners) messed up, we've got your back. If your order arrives misprinted, defective, or damaged in transit, you are eligible for a free replacement or refund.
To start a damage claim, you must contact us at orders@staybesharam.com within 3 days of delivery.
Your email must include:
An unboxing video clearly showing the item being opened and the damage.
Clear, well-lit photos of the defect.
Photos of the original packaging with the shipping label visible.
Claims submitted without an unboxing video or after the 3-day window cannot be processed.
Refunds & Replacements Once we receive your email and verify the defect with our production team, we will immediately process a free replacement. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. We will notify you once the resolution is approved. Please remember it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Failed Deliveries & RTO (Return to Origin) If your package is returned to our facility because of an incorrect/incomplete address provided at checkout, or if you are unavailable to accept the delivery after multiple attempts, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs to get the gear back to you.

Stay Besharam Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Production Time We keep it real: all Stay Besharam gear is custom-printed to order in India just for you. Because your gear is made fresh, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed, printed, and dispatched.
Shipping & Delivery Times Once your order leaves our production facility, standard delivery takes an additional 2-5 days depending on your pin code.
Note: For certain remote pin codes serviced by India Post, delivery timelines may vary between 3-15 working days.
Order Tracking As soon as your gear drops in the mail, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link so you can monitor your package's journey straight to your doorstep.
Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery across most of the 29,000+ pin codes we service in India. Please ensure someone is available at your address to receive the package and make the payment.
